Shipping Information:

We strive for excellence in our customer service, so orders placed on our website are typically shipped within 1 business day, barring any unforseen circumstanses (such as Nor' easters)!!

All items in our online catalog have an actual weight defined so our customers only pay for actual shipping cost. We also do not charge any handling fees.

We provide customers with multiple shipping options and estimated delivery time-frames (provided by the shipping carrier) during the checkout process. If customers have specific shipping or delivery requirements above and beyond the options provided during checkout, we encourage our customers to do one or more of the following:

  • Provide a comment during the checkout process (preferred)
  • Send us an email using the form on the Contact Us page
  • Contact us directly by phone using the number on the Contact Us page

We will do everything within our ability to meet your special requests.

All orders $75 and over SHIP FREE to the continental US! Just add one or more items to your shopping cart that add up to and over $75 and begin the check out process. If your shipping address (not your billing address) is within the continental US, the Free Shipping option will automatically display during checkout. Please note that when selecting the Free Shipping option, the shipping carrier and delivery time-frame is at the descretion of Small Soles. If you need your items by a specific date, please do not use the free shipping option. We ship from southern NH, so consider this when making your shipping choices.

Please note: Free shipping over $75 applies to destinations in the continental US only. If a customer manages to checkout from our website (www.smallsolesboutique.com) with the Free Shipping option and with a shipping address outside the continental US, we will contact the customer for payment of actual shipping charges.

Any coupon codes used on www.smallsolesboutique.com only apply to merchandise in the shopping cart and do not apply to shipping charages, unless of course the coupon is for free shipping.

Return Policy:

REGULARLY PRICED MERCHANDISE
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, in its original box and original tags attached with the online store receipt within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase date. Return and  exchange shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

To arrange for a return, please contact us via email or by phone and then use the online Return Material Authorization from - prior to returning your items. After you have coordinated a return, please make sure to include the packing slip with your return as we will not process your return without it.


SALE MERCHANDISE
All Sale and discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE and are only exchangeable for store credit.



PRE ORDER / SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE

All pre order and special order merchandise have been ordered to your specification and may only be returned for store credit.  We will glady accept returns of unworn, unwashed, in its original box and original tags attached with the online store receipt within seven (7) days of receipt of the the merchandise.
